Q.How long is your shipping time?

 Q.What should I do if I didn't receive my item?

A.Please contact us for any questions that about your order. We will reply your request within 48 business hours.

 Q.How much do you charge for the customs?

A.Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyer needs to pay these fees if your local custom requires. Please check with your customs to determine if these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Q.What should I do if the item I receive is damaged or not working?

A.Please contact us for any questions, our customer service members will reply your message within 48 business hours.


Returns Policy

We offer full refund if you receive defective item, please contact us for returning instruction. 

Return of goods is accepted within 14 days after item is received from buyer. 

You can choose money back or exchange. If stock is not available, only PayPal refund will be made. Customer is responsible for returning shipping cost. 

Returned item must be kept in good and original condition for full Refund. 

Warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumable, and damage due to accidents, physical fore, water, fire, power surge, act of God, or other mis-use.
